Vectiq is supporting a large, multi-year transformation program and are seeking experienced Technology Trainers to support the successful adoption of new digital tools and systems. This role plays a key part in building organisational capability, ensuring users are confident, capable, and supported as new technologies are implemented across the business. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver technology training programs (in-person and virtual) for diverse audiences Develop high-quality training materials including user guides, presentations, and e-learning content Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with business and project stakeholders Provide hands-on support during training sessions, including troubleshooting issues Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training approaches Stay current with emerging technologies and adult learning best practices Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience delivering ICT or digital training in complex environments Strong instructional design capability and learning material development experience Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to tailor training approaches to different learning styles and audiences Security Clearance Active TSPV highly regarded NV2 candidates will be considered, provided they are eligible to obtain and maintain TSPV Contract or Permanent Position security Canberra-based onsite role Clearance-aware and discreet recruitment process How to Apply Click APPY NOW or each out directly to monica.cabardo@vectiq.com.au
